RETURN POLICY

At Kreme, all sales are final! We are completely committed to delivering excellent service to you, our customer, at all times! Our Customer service team is dedicated to ensuring that you always receive exactly what you order for and in good condition.

 However, we are aware there is the rare possibility of receiving the wrong product or manufacturers defect and in those situations, customers may return products in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNUSED & SAME CONDITION as delivered within 7 business days

 REFUND PROCESS

1. Refunds are processed within 3-7days upon receipt of returned product.
2. Replacement will be made once products are returned or as agreed with customer.
3. All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
4. For purchases made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
5. All items must be returned with the purchase receipts
6. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped
7. Please note that after 7 days products can not be returned.
