COSRX is definitely one of my favorite Korean beauty skincare line. Every product from this company has brought my skin and I great joy. I can go on for days about why I love this line but I will save it for another day or another post. Today I would like to take a little time to review the only SPF COSRX has formulated, Aloe soothing sun cream SPF 50+.
ALOE SOOTHING SUN CREAM SPF 50+(CLAIM)
Infused with 5,500ppm of aloe leaf extract, this aloe soothing sun cream not only improves the skins moisture barrier it also protects against sunburn damage. It absorbs easily thanks to its light weight texture.Provides broad spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays. Improves skins natural moisture barrier.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE: provides excellent UVB protection with some limited UVA absorption.
PROPYLENE GLYCOL: next to water, this is the most common moisture carrying vehicle used in cosmetic formulations.It has better skin penetration than glycerin and it also gives a pleasant feel with less greasiness than glycerin.
CYCLOPENTASILOXANE: It is incorporated into a formulation for its emollient and solvent activity
PHENYLBENZIMIDAZOLE SULFONIC ACID: One of 21 FDA approved sunscreen chemicals for UVB absorption. It has an approved usage level of up to 4percent in the United States and 8 percent in the European Union.

HOW TO USE IT
AM
After you have applied your regular moisturizer, wait one minute for your moisturizer to absorb fully. Squeeze a generous amount of aloe sunscreen into your palm. Gently apply on your face and neck. Massage until it has absorbed into the skin.Re-apply after 2 hours.

It is very moisturizing.It felt great on my skin during the winter months when my skin need the extra moisture because of the harsh weather.
It did not break me out
You don't need a lot , a little goes a long way
This sunscreen did not burn/irritate my skin or eyes
Good price point
It did not feel greasy on my skin at all. It just felt extremely moisturizing
CONS
It felt thick when I applied it to my skin. It is a good enough sunscreen but it is not for all skin types as recommended by the manufacturer.
It is particularly heavy for humid /tropical weather; however, this may not be too much of an issue for people who have dry skin or in need of moisture.
On people of color, it takes a little massaging for the white cast on your skin to disappear.
