My husband frequently gets ingrown hair, especially right after a haircut. His skin becomes itchy and he feels really uncomfortable. He is constantly on a quest of finding a solution for this condition, in order to prevent hyperpigmentation. This is also the #1 question I get from men of colour, so thought this would be a great platform to share his experiences with different products and hopefully bring value to someone.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
SALICYLIC ACID: it is a beta hydroxy acid with keratolytic and anti-inflammatory activity. it is an effective ingredient in acne products. It is antimicrobial, antiseptic and excogitates cellular build up.
ALLANTOIN: It is used for healing, calming the skin and soothing. It is great for sensitive, irritated and acne skin.
LACTIC ACID: it is an alpha hydroxy acid the is commonly derived from sour milk. Its exfoliating properties can help remove pigmentation from the surface of the skin while improving skins texture and feel.

Hubby: Great color (blue is one of my favorite colors). Looks pretty masculine; doesn’t look like feminine product. It comes in a relatively small bottle so it easily fits into a toilet bag. It has a sturdy cap so it doesn’t spill. The flip cap also makes it easy to dispense.
Bebe: It is a masculine bottle. It is easy to travel with; the bottle isn’t cumbersome.

Pro: I like the way it feels on my skin; it isn’t as harsh or stingy as you would expect from a product with alcohol in it. It feels soothing. It also has great packaging.
Cons: Can’t think of any.
Of all the bump-fix products I have used over the years, this is one of my favorite. However, like all the other products I have tried, I do have to use it multiple times after a haircut for it to be effective. If I was going to create a magical product, I would like one that would not require multiple use after a haircut. I tend to have to use this product a couple times a day for 3 days after I get my hair cut.
