HOME CARE ROUTINE FOR ACNE
Practicing proper home care usually help keep acne under control. However, if you cannot achieve the desired results with their home care, I would strongly recommend seeking advice from an aesthetician or dermatologist. When you visit an expert, a proper consultation must be done followed by a home care routine. In order to see results, there must be commitment to the routine in order to see great results.
The following are general guidelines for people with acne. My hope is that it helps you establish a routine that is easy to adopt. Before I list out the routine, it is important to note that this routine does not take into account different variables like diet, lifestyle, general health etc. which could greatly impact acne condition. This is basically to serve as a starting point for those who are suffering from acne but do not have a routine and don’t know where to start. For personalized routine, you can leave a comment and I will do my best to answer.
