Sunday Riley cermaic slip clay cleanser is the reason I fell in love with the Sunday Riley brand . I have to be honest, not all their products are amazing but this is one of the best products in their line based on personal experience. I can recall a few times in the past four years that I reached for this product to calm or correct a skin irritation. Most recently, in my eagerness to test Dr dennis Gross C+ Collagen brighten & Firm Eye cream, I had a very visible reaction to the product around my eyes. To be fair, Dr Dennis Gross has a great skincare line but this product did not work for my sensitive skin. Good thing I purchased from Sephora so they were nice enough to exchange the product for my go to Sunday Riley. I went home, adjusted my routine and literally in a couple days, the spots around my eyes started to faded away and my skin was back to normal in no time.

HOW LONG DID I TEST THE PRODUCT? I purchased this sometime during my first pregnancy in 2013/2014 and I have used it on and off since then. FRAGRANCE It smells like clay (or some may call it Calabash clay or Nzu clay by the Igbos) SKIN TYPE It claims all skin types but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. If you are sensitive to essential oils or acneic I will advice to stay away or be cautious . CONCLUSION • My skin loved it during and after pregnancy. I think it was responsible for keeping hyperpigmentation in control , especially during my first pregnancy. • It calms my skin and helps with irritation • It is gentle, cleanses throughly and without stripping • Has a herbal scent which I like but it might not be for everyone
