In June, I attended the IECSC conference 2018. The event was provided opportunity for skincare professionals to network, learn and discover new advances in the esthetics world. The hall was packed full of vendors and it took me two days to accomplish my mission. On my final day, as I prepared to head off to the airport, I spotted this brand that I so desperately wanted to try out after I had read in a professional magazine. I made a beeline for it and purchased a pack of it in utter excitement. In summary, this stuff is GENIUS! Love , love , love .
What is Lypo-spheric Vitamin C

How I took it:
Squeeze one packet into a one to three ounce cup( I was advised by the Livon sales representative to use a shot glass) into a cool beverage of your choice. At the conference, they served samples with shots of freshly squeezed orange juice for extra nutrients. Take on an empty stomach 15 mins before eating.
On days my kids has a cold or I felt I was coming down with a cold, I would take two packs a day.
Texture : liquid gel texture
Taste: it taste slightly milky
Verdict.
When it came to overall health I noticed my immunity was much better when I took it daily. My kids have been sick several times with one virus or another, rubbing and cuddling me yet I didn't get even the slightest runny nose.
When it comes to my skin, honestly I didn't really pay too close to it to notice a change that could be attributed to just taking these supplements but I do believe that continuous consumption of this supplement as well as other nutrients will in the long run improve my skin firmness.
Love the face that it does not contain sugar. My husband and I use to have vitamins like emergin c powders which we use to take to help us fight colds and cough but we always hated the fact that they had high sugar content. This ticked all the boxes 100% vegan sugar free, non-gmo and gluten free.
I really cannot rave about this enough and YES! I will be ordering more of this product especially with the winter around the corner; definitely a must-have.
