NO-AD SKINCARE PREVENT &BRIGHTEN ANTI-AGING BODY MOISTURIZER WITH SUNSCREEN

Summer = outdoor activities = the need for SPF. As any parent can testify, kids are a bundle of energy, and burning their energy will involve amusement parks, swimming pools, and parks; which all come with endless sun exposure. This summer, in an effort to combat skin damage from the sun, I purchased NO-AD skincare Prevent and Brighten Anti Aging moisturizer with SPF 15, as one of my tools from my myriad collection of UVA/UVB protection.

 WHAT IS NO -AD SKINCARE PREVENT AND BRIGHTEN ANTI-AGING BODY MOISTURIZER WITH SUNSCREEN (CLAIM)

It hydrated and brightens skin for a more youthful appearance. Its unique formula combines antioxidants, Vitamins B3, C, E and argan oil to help diminish the appearance of age spots and brighten skin. This product claims to keep the skin moisturized for up to 36hours while helping even and restore skins natural glow.

 INGREDIENTS : Acrylates/C10-30 ,ALKYL AVRYLATE CROSS POLYMER, ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE,ARGANIA SPINOSA KERNAL OIL, ASCORBIC ACID, BUTYLPARABEN , CARBOMER ,CHOLECALCIFEROL, DISODIUM EDTA, ETHYL PARABEN FRAGRANCE, GLYCERIN ,HELIANTHUS ANNUS (SUNFLOWER) SEED OIL, ISOBUTTLPARABRN ,MRTHAYLPARABEN, NICAINAMIDE,OCTYLDECANOL ,PEG-16 ,MACADAMIA GLUCERIDES,PHENOXETHANOL ,PROPYLENE GLYCOL,PROPYLPARABEN,RETINYL PALMITATE, PYRIDOXUNE HCI, SACCHARIDE OSOMERATE,SILICS, SODIUM PROPOXYHYDROXPROPYL, SORBITAN OLEATE, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE,TRIETHANOALAMINE, WATER, ZEA MAYS (CORN OIL). .

 ACTIVE INGREDIENTS 

AVOBEZONE 1.2% HOMOSALATE 7.5%} SUNSCREEN

OCTISALATE 5%                                            

Inactive Ingredients

ALOE VERA LEAF JUICE: an emollient and film-forming him resin with hydrating, softening, healing anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory properties.

ARGANIA SPINOSA KERNEL OIL (argan oil): it protects and moisturizes the skin.

ASCORBIC ACID: skin brightening and antioxidant properties.

 HOW TO USE

AM: Cleanse and pat dry your skin. Apply moisturizer liberally across your body.

For best result,

1)      Apply at least 15 mins prior to sun exposure

2)      Apply every two hours

3)      If your out swimming please apply water resistant sunscreen.

Whenever I apply it, I think cucumbers.

REPURCHASE:

Maybe. I am still searching for the perfect body moisturizer with SPF. If I find a better one by next summer then obviously no but if I don’t them I would have to resurrect this for protection.

While testing this product, it left my skin moisturized for at least 24 hours

No white residue

It is not greasy

Some moisturizer leaves your skin sticky and sweaty after a couple of minutes this does not. It’s awesome for humid climates.

It absorbs almost immediately into the skin

It provides broad spectrum protection

It helped maintain my skin tone

 Cons:

After my testing period, I did not notice drastic brightening of my skin.

There are a few parabens in this formula similar to those found in drugstore brands like Dove so if you would rather use a paraben free product; then this is not for you.
