So, let me share a fun story about how I got my first Nuface Trinity Facial Toning device. In 2013, I was invited to an Image skincare launch party. I remember feeling really sick and contemplating not attending. A colleague/friend was really excited to go because she was really curious about what the top secret cutting edge product Image skincare had to reveal at the event. I decided to suck it up and attend. As we entered, we were greeted with goodie bags, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, etc. In each bag, there was a ticket for a raffle draw that would be done later. I chuckled to myself because I never win raffle draws, lotteries, any type of giveaway competition that has to do with luck, you name it, I lose it. I looked at the number and contemplated giving it to my friend, but I figured since it's in the goodie bag and it's not inconveniencing me, I'll let it be.

Time for the raffle draw, wonderful prices were given out. The final item of the night was a Nuface system. I thought that would be nice to have, but then another voice said, "come on! Don't bother. You know you're not wining that." The numbers were announced, and luckily my friend saw my number because I wasn't paying attention. She nudged me and said, "check quickly. I think you won." I did, and sure enough I WON!

Nuface trinity is an at home facial toning device. It pretty much takes the traditional microcurrent we use in treatment rooms and narrows it down to one handheld machine to be used at home. Before we delve into the review, I think it is important give a brief overview of microcurrent technology.

HOW TO USE IT

 I use my Nuface device with my PM routine. I cleanse, then apply the Nuface primer and begin using the device.

There are two treatment method. The 5min Basic method and the Advanced method which is in addition to the basic step and it's a total of 15mins. Now I am a mum, so I barely have 15mins so when I get the chance to use this I usually do a basic treatment. Below is a picture of both treatments and instructions.

After the treatment, I wipe off the primer, apply my toner, serum and moisturizer.

PROS

Your face feels instantly tighter

It helps speed up healing time whenever I have acne that just won't go away

I love using it in conjunction with my PM treatment. My skin absorbs products better, it leaves it hydrated and soft.

CONS

The price tags. It is expensive but fortunately there is a Nuface trinity mini out that is half the price.

 For me this is a preventative anti-ageing measure. Besides the instant toning you get, for real results you have to commit to it LONG TERM. It's an expensive commitment but an alternative if you are interested would be going to a local spa, get a microcurrent facial to see if this is for you or not but if you can afford it then it's definitely worth it.
