Rhonda Allison Mandelic au lait is a new addition to the skincare line. It is actually a modified version of Rhonda allison moisture au lait protein enriched cream which has been discontinued. When I attended the IECS conference in June, I attended a lecture where the science behind the new formula was discussed and its benefits.
With my experience with the line, both back bar and retail, I am quite familiar to their formulations and efficacy. However I had not tried this product yet and needed to do so before making a decision on whether to offer the product or not. After about three months of testing, I am pleased to say I was satisfied.

NOTEWORTHY INGREDIENTS
Mandelic Acid (L) – An alpha-hydroxy-benzeneacetic acid found in almonds which increases cell rejuvenation and provides good antiseptic and antibacterial support
Colostrum – A rich, pure form of nutrients containing a high content of vitamin D, important minerals and EGF to repair and regenerate cells; provides superior anti-inflammatory benefits.
Squalane – Lubricant, emollient, and moisturizer,it's compatibility with skin lipids can be attributed to the fact that human sebum is made up of 25 percent squalane. It softens and smoothes the skin while replenishing skin lipids.
Tocopherol (D-Alpha) – Vitamin E; provides strong antioxidant benefits, anti inflammatory and preservative that heals and repairs tissue.
Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice Powder – Provides healing, soothing support, relieves pain and reduces inflammation.
Retinol – essential for generation and function of skin cells in promoting collagen and elastin, improving the skin's texture firmness and smoothness, free radical production, fine lines and signs of aging.

HOW TO USE IT
AM &PM
This moisturizer can be used AM &PM. Cleanse skin thoroughly with appropriate cleanser and rinse well. Pat skin dry. Apply a small amount of Mandelic Au Lait to face and neck and let absorb. May be worn day and night, over other serums and correctives and layered under SPF when used during the day.
I have to say this is a very lightweight moisturizer, it absorbs really quickly into the skin. I have to layer on either cucumber spritz and hyaluronic acid serum underneath this moisturizer especially during the winter months.
HOW LONG DID I TEST THE PRODUCT?
This is a fairly new product to Rhonda Allison. I initially purchased the 30ml from the skincare conference in Vegas in June. When it ran out I repurchased and been alternating it since then.

WHAT DOES IT SMELL LIKE?
Light citrus scent

PACKAGING
I love almost ALL of Rhonda allison packaging. Most a airless pumps. Keep products fresh and reduces contamination.

• Beneficial for most skin types 
• Really light weight, absorbs beautifully into the skin . If you live in humid conditions, this may be your best friend. 
• My go to when I have hormonal acne. I always switch from my ultra hydrating to this when I noticed a bump coming through. I layer it over Mandelic Arginine serum and that combo works beautifully. 
• LOVE LOVE package. Great airless pump.
• CON 

• Really light weight and absorbs really fast. If you are dry you may find this a little too light. However the solution to this is layering, so that way you get the benefits of products with additional hydration.
